Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. We're looking for someone with a proactive approach and a passion for people development. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the talent acquisition process from job advertising to candidate selection.
  • Implement effective employee onboarding practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage employee performance and talent management processes.
  • Provide counsel to management on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Enhance the employee training and development program.
  • Ensure accurate HR recordkeeping and data management.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize HR analytics to assess employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred

  • 5 years of progressive HR experience
