Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct interviews to match candidates with job vacancies.
• Assist with onboarding processes and integration of new hires.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Train hiring managers on effective interview techniques and candidate selection.
• Evaluate and improve recruitment processes and practices continuously.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience
