• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations impacting the HR function.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in HR Generalist roles or equivalent
