Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from conception through to construction.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver design excellence.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
• Maintain quality control and ensure design integrity.
• Evaluate building materials and construction methods.
• Monitor work progress and adjust designs as necessary.
• Foster client relationships and understand project requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates.
• Utilize software tools to produce architectural designs.
• Supervise junior architects and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Certifications

• Professional Architect Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate
