Job Description

We are in search of an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our Pretoria team. You will be integral in the management of recruitment processes, onboarding of new staff, and development of training initiatives. The role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to tackle everyday HR challenges and develop effective employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts and develop strategies to attract top talent.
  • Create and manage a framework for ongoing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes and develop related documentation.
  • Provide guidance on performance-related issues and employee grievances.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure workforce planning aligns with business goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate diploma in HR Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations
