Job Description

The Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist will oversee payroll and ensure employee compensation is in line with legal compliance and company strategies. Key responsibilities include developing compensation policies and conducting market research to maintain competitive salary levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the payroll process and ensure timely payments.
  • Conduct annual salary surveys to compare compensation with industry standards.
  • Review and analyze job descriptions for accurate classifications.
  • Create reports for management to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations concerning payroll.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff regarding payroll issues.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of best practices in compensation management.
  • Assist in the development of employee benefits programs.
  • Support HR initiatives with payroll data.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in compensation and benefits
