Warehouse Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our logistics operations. In this role, you'll manage daily warehouse tasks, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and develop strategies to enhance productivity and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure proper handling.
• Create and manage schedules for the warehouse team.
• Implement inventory tracking systems and technology solutions.
• Assist in the budgeting and financial management of warehouse operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to warehouse staff.
• Analyze trends in warehouse operations and report findings to management.
• Cultivate a positive and productive team culture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Software

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in staff training and development: Proven ability to develop training programs for warehouse staff.
