Job Description

As an HR Officer in Port Elizabeth, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's HR policies and managing our recruitment processes. You will liaise with various departments to ensure that HR initiatives align with business goals, promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting employees throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns and job fairs.
  • Implement HR software to enhance recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to identify HR needs.
  • Manage payroll processes and benefits administration.
  • Conduct regular employee performance evaluations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
