Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our IT services in Johannesburg. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide support to users, and ensure system reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for internal users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Set up and install new computer systems and peripherals.
  • Assist with network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain IT inventory and assist with asset management.
  • Document support processes and update knowledge base.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on various applications.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are preferred
