• Perform diagnostic testing and interpret results.
• Educate patients on managing their health and treatments.
• Collaborate with specialists and community resources for patient care.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff and students.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Initiate patient referrals as necessary.
• Participate in health education workshops and seminars.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving patient safety and care quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Postgraduate diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a nursing role, with substantial experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
