The role requires a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, coupled with exceptional leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain and logistics strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with logistics providers and service partners.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with warehousing and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Implement cost-saving measures in logistics operations.
• Lead logistics projects aimed at improving service delivery.
• Ensure effective communication within logistics and across departments.
• Evaluate logistics software for operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance and propose improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's in Logistics/Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in logistics leadership roles
