Record Press Tender

Job Description

In the role of Record Press Tender, you will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining the record press equipment during the vinyl record manufacturing process. You will ensure consistent quality and optimal performance of the pressing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate pressing machines before production runs.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections of raw materials for quality assurance.
• Train other team members on operating procedures and equipment handling.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Report maintenance needs and assist the maintenance team as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
