Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Kimberley. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction project management, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project construction efforts to ensure timely completion.
• Implement best practices in construction project management.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues.
• Compile and maintain necessary paperwork and documentation for projects.
• Ensure safety standards are upheld on all projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the construction industry directly related to management roles

• Construction Regulations
• Contract Management

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Chartered Construction Manager

Languages

• English: Fluent
