We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats across our systems. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust security posture.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and mitigate risks to the organization.
• Implement and manage security technologies, including firewall and IDS/IPS.
• Collaborate with vendors to enhance security services.
• Research and recommend new security tools and techniques.
• Assist in creating a security awareness culture within the organization.
• Evaluate and implement security tools and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity
• Certifications like CCSP or CEH are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience
