We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to enhance our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mitigating cyber threats, ensuring the integrity and security of our information systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough security audits and penetration tests.
• Respond to security breaches and provide recommendations.
• Research and implement new security technologies and methodologies.
• Develop user access controls and security protocols.
• Assist in maintaining security documentation and compliance efforts.
• Provide input into budget and resource allocation for security tools.
• Participate in security drills and incident response exercises.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Advanced certifications (CISM, CRISC) advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles with focus on threat analysis
