Job Description

As a Cabin Agent, you will ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers throughout their flight experience. You will assist with boarding procedures, provide safety demonstrations, serve in-flight meals, and respond to passenger inquiries. Your role is crucial in maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Help with the boarding process, assisting passengers as needed.
  • Conduct safety checks and ensure all equipment is operational.
  • Serve refreshments and manage in-flight services efficiently.
  • Respond to emergencies and assist in evacuations if necessary.
  • Maintain the overall safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight.
  • Document and report any incidents or irregularities to the Flight Attendant.
  • Assist with deplaning passengers upon arrival.
  • Engage in customer service excellence initiatives to improve passenger satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation sector
