Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute all aspects of corporate and private events.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their unique event needs.
• Supervise on-site event setups and manage event teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote events and enhance attendance.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop event themes and promotional materials.
• Develop contingency plans to manage unforeseen circumstances during events.
• Facilitate communication among all event stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
• Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
• Further qualifications in project management or hospitality are advantageous.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event management or related field
