Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Cape Town. The right candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, ensuring exemplary service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage restaurant staff to ensure optimal service delivery and team morale.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to enhance the restaurant’s visibility and reputation.
  • Facilitate training programs to increase staff knowledge about food and beverage offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality food and materials.
  • Prepare reports on operational efficiency and business performance for upper management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry
