Job Description

As a Learning and Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and growth of our workforce. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with our company's goals and enhance employee engagement. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Implement e-learning initiatives to enhance accessibility and engagement.
  • Evaluate the impact of training through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR to identify high-potential employees for development programs.
  • Promote knowledge-sharing and mentorship within the organization.
  • Create an environment where employees feel motivated to engage in their learning.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure training success.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure consistent training messaging.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a Training and Development role
