Job Description

Join our HR team as a Generalist, responsible for various HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and will drive initiatives to enhance workplace productivity and morale.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR best practices to enhance workplace efficiency.
  • Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities.
  • Monitor compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
  • Facilitate team-building initiatives to enhance morale.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
  • Relevant HR certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of HR experience with knowledge of South African labor laws
