Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Event Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide variety of events, ensuring that every detail is managed with precision. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure their needs are met from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a variety of events, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Manage all logistics related to event execution including setup and breakdown.
  • Coordinate with clients to ascertain their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to event planning.
  • Track budgets and provide reports on expenses.
  • Foster relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the planning process.
  • Conduct post-event reviews and gather insights for future projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices into planning.
  • Organize creative themes and programs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to enhance the creativity of event concepts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of event planning experience with a focus on corporate events.
