Job Description

Looking for a passionate Event Planner to join our team in Johannesburg! In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing various events, from corporate functions to personal celebrations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage budgets, and coordinate logistics to ensure each event is memorable.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
• Assist clients in conceptualizing the theme and agenda of events.
• Compile and present event proposals and budgets to clients for approval.
• Organize event entertainment and special guests as required.
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and client requests.
• Conduct post-event analysis and feedback sessions to improve future events.
• Ensure all contracts are signed and comply with company policies.
• Implement sustainability practices within event planning processes.
• Create promotional materials and social media content for events.
• Network with industry professionals to enhance event offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Event Management or Hospitality

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
