We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate should have a knack for connecting with people and a proven track record in managing recruitment processes. Your role will involve identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for various clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies tailored to specific client needs.
• Engage with candidates to assess fit and readiness for roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment system.
• Conduct reference checks and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Participate in recruitment fairs and represent the agency to potential clients and candidates.
• Monitor recruitment trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant HR qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a recruitment role
