Job Description

Join us as an HR Generalist where you'll play a pivotal role in our organization's growth. This position requires a hands-on approach to staff recruitment, on-boarding, and developing employee engagement strategies. Your contributions will directly impact our overall workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Assist in designing and delivering employee wellness programs.
  • Evaluate employee engagement through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payment.
  • Create a positive work environment through effective communication and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is a plus

  • 4-6 years of experience in HR roles
