Responsibilities

• Mentor and oversee interns and junior engineers in project tasks.
• Develop cost-effective solutions for design challenges.
• Communicate project status updates to management regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Certifications

• Certified Aerospace Engineer (CAE)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Aerospace Systems Integration: Familiarity with integrating various aerospace systems for optimal performance.
• Knowledge of UAV Technologies: Experience in working with Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is an advantage.
