Job Description

We are seeking a passionate pharmacist to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will provide excellent pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring they receive the right medications and guidance. Responsibilities include dispensing prescriptions, advising patients on medication management, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and verify prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Educate patients on health and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve pharmacy services.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
  • Handle patient queries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Implement pharmacy protocols and best practices.
  • Support the pharmacy manager in day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct health screenings and immunizations as required.

Requirements

Education
  • BPharm or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting is advantageous
