We are searching for a Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and play a vital role in the coordination of various services, making sure everything functions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Organize patient flow and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to streamline operations.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and resolve billing inquiries.
  • Ensure all administrative records are secure and confidential.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred in Healthcare Management
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration
