We are in search of a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products adhere to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance initiatives and mentor junior QA staff.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality processes.
• Coordinate with customer support to resolve product quality issues.
• Utilize automated testing tools where applicable.
• Prepare quality reports for executive review.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in QA.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• A Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, project management, or a related field
