Responsibilities
Review and assess insurance claims to determine eligibility and coverage limits.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for claim processing.
Negotiate settlements and manage communications effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate swift claims processing.
Train and mentor junior staff in claims procedures and best practices.
Monitor claims trends and report on any significant patterns or issues.
Ensure timely responses to client inquiries related to claims.
Foster a supportive and professional environment for clients during the claims process.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
Master's degree is a plus

5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
