Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients through interviews and assessments.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuing education and training.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues.
• Support clients in goal setting and life skills development.
• Work in collaboration with social workers and psychiatrists.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
• Contribute to research and development of programs.

Requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Psychology is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical psychology

Technical Skills

• Psychometric Testing
• Family Therapy

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Psychologist

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
