Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our Cape Town team. This role involves providing psychological assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention to diverse clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in both individual and group therapy and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Facilitate workshops and support groups as needed.
• Engage with families to provide holistic support.
• Document all interactions and treatment outcomes accurately.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or counselling psychology
• PhD in Psychology is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical settings
