Responsibilities
Evaluate and analyze client progress towards therapy goals.
Design engaging activities that promote healing and self-expression.
Document therapy sessions and prepare reports for interdisciplinary meetings.
Support clients in coping with emotional and psychological issues through art.
Foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.
Contribute to a culture of empathy, respect, and understanding within the team.
Engage in community outreach to promote art therapy.
Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.
Stay updated with current trends in art therapy and rehabilitation.
Provide supervision and guidance to junior therapists or interns.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Creative Arts or Human Services
Master's degree in Rehabilitation Therapy is an advantage
Experience
At least 2 years of experience working with clients in a therapeutic setting.
