Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while operating cooking machinery.
• Conduct quality checks on food products during the cooking process.
• Communicate effectively with the production team to optimize workflow.
• Maintain accurate logs of production output and equipment performance.
• Participate actively in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Provide feedback to the management regarding equipment performance and necessary improvements.
• Help maintain inventory levels for cooking supplies and ingredients.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Food Technology or related qualification is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a high-volume food production environment preferred.
