Tag Press Operator

Job Description

As a Tag Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the machinery used to produce tags and labels. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the tag press machines.
• Set job specifications according to client requirements.
• Inspect and ensure that all tags produced meet quality standards.
• Handle all the paperwork associated with production reporting.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely product delivery.
• Continually seek improvements in production processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise with machinery during operation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in tag printing or a similar field

Technical Skills

• Tag and Label Machinery
• PressWise Printing Software

Soft Skills

• Team Player

Certifications

• Printing Technology Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Background in Quality Control Procedures: Understanding of quality control processes within a manufacturing setup.
• Experience with Label Converting Machinery: Experience with label converting machinery for tag production.
