You will be involved in various projects, from concept to execution, ensuring all designs meet specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Evaluate and improve existing mechanical systems and processes.
• Ensure all designs meet regulatory standards and company policies.
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors to source materials.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Conduct testing and validation of prototypes and products.
• Document engineering processes and maintain project files.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering roles

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SolidWorks
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PrEng) certification
• Six Sigma certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies: Understanding of IoT, smart manufacturing, and automation technologies.
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Experience using FEA tools for stress analysis and optimization.
