We are searching for a passionate Retail Manager to lead our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management, a strong sales acumen, and a flair for optimizing store operations. You will be responsible for driving sales, training staff, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Establish KPIs for the team and hold them accountable.
• Create a welcoming shopping experience for customers.
• Identify training needs and conduct staff training sessions.
• Manage budgets and ensure profitability of the store.
• Implement corrective actions to address operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Lead team meetings to communicate objectives and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in Retail Management
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is an advantage

Experience

• At least 5 years in a retail leadership role
