Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Dynamic HR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, handling recruitment and onboarding, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the recruitment cycle, from job postings to interview coordination and onboarding new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Help manage performance evaluation processes to support employee development.
  • Facilitate training sessions on various HR topics to ensure compliance and competency.
  • Conduct regular assessments of workplace culture and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all data is compliant with privacy regulations.
  • Assist with payroll-related queries and benefits administration.
  • Engage in conflict resolution and employee relations strategies.
  • Implement initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with management to develop HR policies that align with business goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
