Job Description

We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, resolving employee conflicts, and facilitating effective communication between staff and management. Your expertise will help us create an engaged and productive workforce.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and maintain a positive workplace environment through employee engagement activities.
• Conduct training programs on effective employee relations and communication skills.
• Support managers with performance issues and employee development plans.
• Liaise with external bodies regarding employee relations matters.
• Stay current on HR trends and legislations affecting employee relations.
• Prepare reports on employee turnover, retention, and engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in employee relations or HR management
