Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment life cycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.
• Engage candidates in a positive and professional manner, ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Analyze hiring metrics and adapt strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Provide market insights and talent trends to clients.
• Assist in drafting and presenting executive summaries on candidate status and selection recommendations.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
