Job Description

The Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge. This role requires a passion for personal development and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for continuous development and training enhancements.
• Work with external trainers and consultants to deliver specialized training.
• Manage the training budget and resources efficiently.

• Research industry trends to improve training methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or Education are preferable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development
