• Assist in developing financial projections for long-term strategic planning.
• Contribute to the budgeting and forecast cycles.
• Track and analyze financial performance metrics and variances.
• Work with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Stay updated with compliance regulations affecting financial reporting.
• Evaluate departmental financial performance to recommend improvements.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
• Develop training materials for financial reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
• MBA is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in financial analysis with a focus on data analysis
