Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Breading Machine Tender to operate our breading machines, ensuring that production runs smoothly while adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a food manufacturing environment and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust the breading machine according to product specifications.
• Load and unload products onto the breading machine as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all health regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues that arise during production.
• Ensure that product quality meets prescribed standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the QA/QC team to validate product specifications.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking materials used.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Document production runs and complete necessary reports.
• Implement safety protocols to maintain compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Technical qualifications in food processing or machinery operation preferred.

Experience

• Experience operating and maintaining production machinery is preferred.
