Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Manager in Cape Town, where you will play a pivotal role in managing logistics and warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing team performance, driving efficiency in stock management, and implementing best practices in safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse staff and evaluate performance metrics.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication with logistics partners.
  • Review and optimize delivery processes for cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and equipment.
  • Implement best practices for order fulfillment and dispatch.
  • Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
  • Create and maintain a positive team environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an added advantage
