Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans and scopes of work.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints or disputes on-site.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project updates.
  • Conduct risk management and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Construction Management is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in managing large construction projects
