As a Retail Manager, you will oversee daily operations in our East London store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and optimizing store performance. Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage product displays to align with promotional plans.
• Create and implement training programs for team skill development.
• Coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Report to the Area Manager on sales, revenues, and any operational challenges.
• Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
• Facilitate conflict resolution within the team.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or a similar role
