Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the cooking and preparation of food, while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Experience in food preparation and strong teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support cooking staff in prepping ingredients.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with order placements.
  • Aid in food presentation and plating.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations in food handling.
  • Maintain a positive and communicative environment within the kitchen team.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a professional kitchen environment is advantageous.
