Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations in the warehouse to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure all team members follow safety and procedures.
• Maintain optimal stock levels through effective inventory management.
• Work closely with vendors for supply chain management.
• Utilize warehouse management software for tracking shipments.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new warehouse employees.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for upper management review.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Advanced Certificate in Logistics Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
