Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Cape Town facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing warehouse teams, ensuring efficient inventory management, and enhancing operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the warehouse and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Optimize workflow and layout of the warehouse to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular health and safety audits.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels and staff performance.
• Participate in budget planning and expense management.
• Ensure timely dispatch of goods and materials.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and communication within the warehouse.
• Train new hires on warehouse procedures.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and workflows.
• Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles
