We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing software products to ensure they meet high-quality standards. You will work closely with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and create appropriate test strategies. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate testing processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance testing processes.
• Train new QA team members on testing tools and methodologies.
• Support user acceptance testing and gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications in software testing are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in testing software applications

Technical Skills

• SQL Database Testing
• Performance Testing

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with mobile testing: Experience in testing mobile applications on various platforms.
