Looking for an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to address environmental challenges, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to sustainable development projects.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement innovative environmental technologies.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors on project execution.
• Monitor project progress and report on environmental considerations.
• Facilitate public engagement processes for environmental projects.
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of environmental programs.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Prepare grant proposals for environmental initiatives.
• Represent the company at conferences and seminars.
• Contribute to the development of corporate sustainability strategies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in complex environmental projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in the environmental sector
